It looks like Midnights Mayhem may be back, Swifties!
After releasing her glorious tenth studio album, Midnights, back in October, Taylor Swift revealed that it would be a visual concept album with special music videos for each track. First two offerings, “Anti-Hero” and “Bejeweled” set the scene, but now the video for “Lavender Haze” just might be her best video to date, and it looks like this may be time for her to unveil the rest of her concoctions with us very soon!
Hazy, sensual and featuring all things purple, “Lavender Haze” encapsulates everything fans love about the song and then some, of course offering up some Easter eggs we sure you’re all scouring for as we speak.
“This was the first video I wrote out of the 3 that have been released, and this one really helped me conceptualize the world and mood of ‘Midnights,’ like a sultry sleepless 70’s fever dream.”
