Last year, Paramore’s After Laughter made it to our list of best album releases. Today, the trio has given us one of the best music videos of the After Laughter era and one that is just as incredible as the track it represents.
The video, directed by Warren Fu, is straight out inspired on an 80’s dream where we see Hayley, Zac and Taylor represent a news team showing all smiles in front of the camera, but once they’re off, all good vibes also fade.
Following the message behind “Rose-Colored Boy,” the video follows a narrative of fake smiles and outrage; we also get to see a younger version of Hayley questioning what she’s doing with her life. So relatable!
