Alternative/ambient trio, In Parallel, have unveiled their brand new video for their track, “Bridge and Tunnel” this week. The video is in celebration of the vinyl release of their debut EP, Broken Codes.
Courtesy of Something Beautiful Records, the Broken Codes vinyl will be available on 150 gram vinyl on July 13. Pre-order here.
“‘Bridge and Tunnel’ was the first song we wrote together as a band. The song developed into two distinct halves that are joined together by a singular riff that we hint to early in the song,” shared guitarist Ryan Parrish. “With the video, we wanted to visually capture the differences between the two halves of the song. The video begins in a dark and haunting way, and subtly transitions to a hazy, dream like state as the song progresses into the second half. The video was a total DIY effort – both shot and edited by the three of us. We had a lot of fun with it.”
