[WATCH] Fiona Grey – “Call Me Daisy”

Los Angeles indie-pop artist, Fiona Grey, has made quite the impression. Previously coined by LA Weekly as the “Best Pop Artist in LA,” Grey has shared the stage with some serious talent like Charli XCX, KITTEN and Foals.

The singer’s powerful new track, “Call Me Daisy,” centers around themes of healing and identity. After experiencing sexual assault, Grey found safety and solace in queer clubs, leading the way to her healing journey that not only celebrates her sense of self-empowerment but the gathering of love, acceptance and pure joy.

“‘Call Me Daisy’ was written at a time in my life, post-sexual assault, when I was re-introducing myself to what going out was without being afraid and reconnecting with the carefree joy I used to have. Queer clubs were a huge place of solace for me and escape in identity was a tool I used to disconnect for a moment in time.”

Fans of Chappell Roan, Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenter will fall for Grey’s unapologetic pop charisma and charm.
