Toronto’s TIO have unleashed a rather deliciously wistful new track, “Through The Heavy Clouds,” this week that is sure to perk your ears up and give previous goosebumps a run for their money. Think a 1980’s Halloween meets an epic dance party in the dark. The band is set to release their debut EP this October.
