There’s been a glorious resurgence of 90’s alternative over the past decade that it’s impossible to look away.
Brooklyn-based four piece, Plight – comprised of Matt Curtis, Anthony Perry, Alden Farrar and Andy Rapp – have all of that classic 90’s grunge meets alternative vibes that you crave and then some.
Formed in 2017, the band has spent the last five years making a name for themselves in New York City while cultivating their own brand of alternative. They’re set to release their debut LP, Plastic Sun, via up-and-coming imprint, à La Carte Records, later this year and first offering, “No Outlet” is a straight up head-turner with an accompanying music video that could have easily been featured on MTV’s 120 Minutes back in the day.
