There is no describing the holy shit factor of Bridgit Mendler‘s “Do You Miss Me At All.” Basically, ya’ll ain’t ready. :p
Tinged with pop and R&B for days, the track opens up with an undeniable Erykah Badu meets Amy Winehouse feel as Mendler pines over a love long gone. Haven’t we all? The song is the follow up from summer hit, “Atlantis,” off of the singer’s upcoming EP, Nemesis, out on November 18. If this doesn’t make your Friday better, nothing will!
“I wrote ‘Do You Miss Me at All’ while I was driving around Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, missing a boy,” the singer tells Noisey. “Missing someone can be a solitary feeling. You don’t always know that the person on the other end feels the same way. This song was my way of coping with the radio silence!”
