Back in May we heard what was just a slight, little taste of what Parachute’s been creating over the past few years since their last full length release Overnight back in 2013. Last week, the band did this kinda memory lane thing over their Facebook page where they went in full retrospective about every album and EP they’ve ever released and at the end of the countdown, they spilled the big news.
Parachute’s coming back with a new song, new album AND a new tour! On Friday, they premiered the single “Without You” which is, in lead singer Will Anderson’s words: “The perfect way to introduce people to the new album” and it is indeed, though the title may sound like a softy, the track is actually pretty up-beat.
Wide Awake is Parachute’s new album title and it is due to release on March 11 and you can pre-order now on iTunes. The band’s also embarking on a tour all over the US and tickets are now on sale.
