[Listening Party] Halsey – ‘Hopeless Fountain Kingdom’

To understand the present, one must always go back to the beginning. After the success of 2015’s Badlands, Halsey is back with her sophomore effort, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom – her second concept record inspired by the 1996 Baz Luhrmann adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.

The singer’s best work yet, HFK is also her most mature and complex, creating an entire world meant to be dissected carefully by the listener as they create their own meanings. We wanted to create a dialogue around this record just for you. So sit back, relax and take it all in. Tweets us your thoughts @DailyListening and let’s start a conversation in the kingdom.
