Scottish shoegaze/indie outfit, Sunstinger, recently captured our attention with their new release, “Endless June,” and it is not one to be missed!
Fusing ethereal shoegaze melodies with a dreamy, vibrant alt-rock vibe, “Endless June” tells a somber story while sonically pleasing the ears of shoegaze fans as the band pays homage to cult favorites like Slowdive and The Jesus and Mary Chain.
“The song is about being comfortable in your own misery rather than being miserable in someone else’s idea of joy, and everything in between,” shared vocalist, Taylor Wright.
“Endless June” is set to be featured on the band’s forthcoming EP, Worthless, to be released later this year.
