Dublin indie-pop quartet, St. Francis, are quite delightful. One listen to their new single, “These Days,” and we were hooked.
Following the success of their debut track “Over & Over,” new single “These Days” is an energetic gem perfect for those spring and summer backyard BBQs, playlists, and of course, road trips. Delving into maturing through the complexities of relationships one may encounter through life, “These Days” is chock full of indie and alt-pop goodness reminiscent of Four Nights and Wallows.
“’These Days’ is an important song for us, not just because of the meaning and arrangement, but because it was the first time we got to be a band in the studio,” shared frontman Will Ryan. “Forming just before the pandemic meant we had to wait a little longer to really show what St. Francis is about, and we can’t wait for people to finally hear that.”
