One listen to Kat Vinter‘s “Islands” and I was immediately transported to well, a sparkling deserted island of my own making, which, let’s be honest, I could really use right now. The Berlin singer is releasing her Islands remix EP tomorrow, July 10, but this is only the beginning. Ethereal synths blend with hip-hop inspired beats, reminding us of some Halsey mixed with FKA twigs. All I know is I want to hear more and I want it now.
