London’s John Jefferson impressively captures the essence of true Americana with a bluesy, folk grit. His first single, “Fools Paradise,” off of his forthcoming debut EP, Helmsman, out on June 24, showcases the singer’s influences from Bob Dylan to The Doors while managing to capture the sounds of a summer road trip or drive to the beach. Needless to say, we’ll be playing this one all weekend.
