Here’s the thing: Garbage has been my favorite band since I was 13 years old. The amount of love and respect that I have for these four exceptional human beings is immeasurable. I literally woke up this morning and wondered when they’d be announcing the release date for their special edition 20th anniversary album. Imagine my surprise when I got online and saw this gem waiting for me in my subscriptions box. I want to tell you that I was very poised and acted like a civilized human being but such was not the case. At all. Not sorry.
Garbage are gearing up for their 20 Years Queer tour – a celebration of the anniversary of their self-titled debut album. On October 2, the band will be releasing a re-mastered version of the album from the original analog tapes including every b-side and remix from the Garbage era.
