flor were absolutely not kidding when they announced this year as “twentytwentyflor.”
Since October of 2023, the indie-pop trio has released gem after gem, going back to their roots a decade ago when they were first starting out and putting out singles for blogs. Not many of those blogs still exist (hi, we’re still here!) but the band only continues to prove their staying power with every track.
New track, “Painted” is the band’s sixth release since going independent & DIY (* insert muscle flex emoji here *) and it’s a sweet one! Painting a portrait of all-encompassing love, “Painted” is the track you sing to that special someone who has illuminated your world with vibrant color…much like flor has for listeners!
“Every interaction with someone leaves its mark and when you see and hear and talk and feel that someone everyday — well eventually they paint you into something extraordinary,” shares singer Zach Grace. “I think this track is gonna paint a smile on a lot of people’s faces.”
