For the past two years, our dear Fleurie has been hard at work on her new upcoming album. Fortunately for us, it looks like the wait just might be over as the Nashville-based singer unveils the first single from her forthcoming record today titled, “Constellate.”
“Constellate” sees Fleurie with a new, improved sound, taking the singer to new heights with scintillating, airy synths and hopes for a brighter future.
“I saw a picture of all these people coming up from hideouts underground after a big storm – felt like a metaphor for what 2016 was like for a lot of people in the world, for many different reasons,” the singer told The New Nine. “I knew I wanted to use this song to encourage and exhort people to dream and hope and truly LIVE again.”
