We didn’t have to wait very long for new music from Brooklyn’s Fading Out. New track, “Overwhelming Feeling” is another relatable gem that delves into that all too familiar gut-wrenching feeling when you hear somebody’s name and all the memories attached to them come flooding back in a tidal wave of pain.
“Overwhelming Feeling” launches Fading Out – the project of singer/songwriter Evan Bieber – into a new era of alternative meets folk and is the second single off of his forthcoming debut album, Maybe I Thought About You Once, due out early 2023.
“The song is about reminiscing on the times together and wishing you could still be there for them but understand why things needed to end,” shared Bieber. “The song is emotional and all too relatable. I think everyone can think of at least one person that they have lost touch with but still care about.”
