If you’ve been following the rise of Brooklyn-based indie-pop trio, EXNATIONS, you’ll be delighted to hear what they’ve been working on during this pandemic!
Riding high off of their 2019 EP, Pink Haze, the band has unveiled new track, “Love In The Time of Quarantine,” and it just might be the best track we’ve heard so far that coincides with everything going on at the moment.
A possible play on words, if you will, of the 1985 novel Love In The Time of Cholera by Gabriel García Márquez, “Love In The Time of Quarantine” proves that now is the time to sit back, reevaluate, and seek out what is most important: each other.
Right now more than ever, music is a way to connect and be one with ourselves, and tracks like this – written and produced during the pandemic – are going to be those snapshots of history we can look back on, feel comforted by, and know that we survived something together.
“While we’re all stuck inside, we might as well dance.”
