Toronto indie/electronic trio, Closely, captured our attention with their mournful dance track, “Years.” The song was inspired by producer/guitarist Joel Keitner‘s loss of his father due to pancreatic cancer and is dedicated “to anyone who lost or is losing someone close to them.”
Reminiscent of The xx meets Years & Years, it’s hard not to get caught up in its wistfulness.
