Basement Revolver have returned stronger with their sophomore EP, Agatha, out July 21 and new track, “Mountains,” showcases the band’s ability to take you back in time to the 90’s while managing to root you in the present. Chrisy Hurn’s vocals have never been better as she sings from a place of pain, facing parts of her past once untouched.
“‘Mountains’ is a pretty personal song to me, it was written a few years back and reworked for the EP. I had a hard time believing that people could have good intentions when it came to relationships and love, but I’ve since learned that is not true. This song helped me to face parts of my past, and for that I am grateful.”
