[LISTEN] Avery Kotler – “fault line”

Los Angeles emerging indie-pop artist, Avery Kotler, is making her mark in the music world with her infectious – and rather poignant – tracks stemming straight from the heart. The singer studied at USC’s Thornton School of Music and finds inspiration from female powerhouses like Holly Humberstone, Gracie Abrams and Maisie Peters.

Kotler’s new track, “fault line,” is a track based off of gut feelings that take a while to enter the heart; that moment when you know it may be time to leave but fear blocks your intuition.

“I wrote this song about the moment you know a relationship is over but you’re still too scared to leave. I love writing break up songs that sound happy!” shared Kotler.

If this track is any indication of what’s to come, maybe we might see her opening up for Taylor Swift sometime in the near future!
