When I first heard about Nottingham alt-rockers, Amber Run, back in 2015 they had just released their debut album, 5AM and they immediately caught my attention. They are the type of band that has much to offer and one that with one single listen will get you hooked on their work.
As of today, they’re ready to sail into another era of their career. The band has recently signed to Dine Alone Records, and they’re more than ready to release their sophomore album For A Moment, I Was Lost, expected to release on February 10 digitally, and on vinyl and CD March 17.
“Perfect” is the latest single from the upcoming record. With a strong, heavy mood, the track is the center-point to the new album, and finds the band at their most brooding and abrasive, as crunching guitars swirl around Joe Keogh’s looming refrain, “karma, karma, you reap what you sow.”
Amber Run will be flying to North America in the spring for an extensive tour supporting their forthcoming album For A Moment, I Was Lost. Expect more details soon!
