RIVRS are a London synthpop duo comprised of Charlotte Mallory and Fin Munro who are set to invade the music world by storm. They’ve just been signed to Charli XCX‘s new label, Vroom Vroom Recordings, and their debut track, “Friend Lover,” has been stealing the hearts of pop fans everywhere, including yours truly.
RIVRS commented – “‘Friend Lover’ is a song about unrequited love. We worked on the video with director Hannah Marshall, and it focuses on the idea of feeling trapped and unsure as to whether you should let your feelings for a friend be known.”
