Nashville alt-pop artist, C. Shirock, captured our attention with his U2-esque track, “Water To Sea,” which is also quite reminiscent of Toto’s “Africa.” The song is the first solo release from the singer after a four year hiatus after the split from his ex-wife.
“‘Water to Sea’ is the first new song in years. The first song as a solo artist. The first song recorded with my brother. The first in a story of hope lost, brokenness, discovery, rebirth, peace and hope found again,” the singer stated on Facebook. New beginnings are always scary but with tracks like this, it’s quite evident that there are better things on the horizon.
