RIYL: Twenty One Pilots, La Bouquet, Bad Suns
Riverside, CA indie alt-pop band, Arrlo, are one of those rare unicorns that are able to blend all of your favorite artists into their own unique sound simultaneously. They just released their debut material, “WFTWTE” and “LSD,” and we think you’ll have them on repeat until the next release!
Arrlo isn’t just breaking barriers with their sound. Vocalist Sunni Suede is writing from personal experiences dealing with life and relationships as a transgender male. The band hopes to break into the industry as one of the first mainstream, trans-fronted bands, bringing more representation into the community. With songs like these, that dream isn’t too far away.
“WFTWTE” was obviously written during quarantine, and we can’t think of a better track to make a debut with, while “LSD” literally doesn’t GAF with the underlying message of doing what’s best for you – while having your cake and eating it too!
